Fundraising Committee and Upcoming Tasting Event

 

 • Fundraising Update

  – The committee has been meeting every Monday, making significant progress:

   – A cheese vendor and a spirits/libations vendor have been lined up.

   – Over 300 items are under review with plans to narrow the selection for packaged offerings.

   – A social media blitz, order forms, price lists, and marketing materials are planned to launch soon.

  – A tasting event is scheduled for October 15th, featuring live music and hosted locally.

  – Preparations are ongoing, with details to be distributed as plans finalize.

 

 

 • Discussion on the possibility of holding a meeting after the Dragon Boat Festival:

  – Members were asked for their availability and interest; a follow-up email will clarify if the meeting will be canceled in the absence of sufficient attendance.
